Production description :
Assembly-type thermal resistance is used as a sensor to measure temperature, usually matched with display instruments. It can directly measure temperature from -200oC to 500oC of liquid, vapor, gas medium and solid surface during various production processes.
It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, machinery, metallurgy, electric power, textile, food, atomic energy, aerospace and other industrial sectors and field of science & technology.
Pt100, Pt1000 and Cu50 are optional.
It is designed unitedly in China, interface size is universal, good interchangeability.
The decomposition of the parts is good, easy to maintenance.
Low cost to change the consumable parts, complete in specifications and high reliability.
Insulation resistance: the normal temperature insulation resistance of platinum resistor should be more than 100MΩ.
the normal temperature insulation resistance of copper resistance should not be less than 50MΩ.
The test voltage of normal temperature insulation resistance is 10~100VDC.
Self-heat effects: platinum resistance the max. current is 5mA, the resulting of temperature raise is not than 0.3℃.

Insulation resistance: The insulation resistance of splash-proof junction box is 2 MΩ when the ambient air temperature is 15-35℃, relative humidity ＜80％ and insulation resistance is 20MΩ(voltage 100V).
